1. Offer Details

   • The promotional 50% OFF offer (“Offer”) is applicable on selected products only.
   • The products offered are as described and advertised on the official website.
   • The discount will be applied automatically at checkout.

   • The Offer is valid for both new and existing customers when purchasing new products and does not apply to renewals of existing products.

   • Exclusions

     • The Offer is not applicable on Domain Names, Microsoft Office products, Done For You Website products, Website As a Service products, Online Marketing Tools, Website Security, Website Hardening
     • The offer is not applicable to any products that are not explicitly advertised as part of the campaign, including but not limited to domain registrations, renewals, and transfers.
     • Additional services not specified in the promotional offer are not eligible for the discount.

2. Promotion Period

   • The promotion begins on 25th November and ends on 9th December, inclusive. Stablepoint reserves the right to extend or terminate the promotional period at any time without prior notice

3. Ownership and Renewal

   • After the initial purchase term, the service will automatically renew at the then-current renewal price, unless cancelled by you or auto-renew has been turned off.
   • Domain Name License may be renewed, as long as you pay the applicable renewal fees, and continue to meet the eligibility criteria for specific TLD requirements

4. Acceptance of Terms

   • By participating in this promotion, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

5. Refunds

   • Monthly, quarterly or bi-annual fees are not refundable if your Service is terminated part way through a payment period. Each time we charge a transaction; we will provide you with a receipt of the payment. We require 3 business days’ notice prior to your next billing date to avoid charging you at that next billing date.

   • In no event will Stablepoint be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, special, incidental, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including but not limited to damages for lost data, lost profits, lost business, loss of opportunity, or costs of procurement of substitute goods or services, however caused and under any theory of liability, and whether or not Stablepoint knew or should have known about the possibility of such damage.
