Server Migrations - Singapore

We are in the process of migrating our Singapore servers to our own network. These will take place later in February and we will send an email with further details nearer the time.

For advanced users not using our DNS - there will be a new IP address. As with other migrations the old IP will continue to proxy HTTP requests for 2 weeks. The old server hostname will be repointed, so we highly recommend using CNAME values where possible, and using the server hostname in MX entries set at third party DNS.

Larger accounts will be migrated to separate servers to balance our systems. In these cases we will send a support ticket to you directly with further details as these may take place on a different date and to a different new server name / IP.

Please also ensure any large accounts adhere to our fair usage guidelines.

Migration of server s1140.ams9.mysecurecloudhost.com

Due to hardware issues we'll be migrating the accounts on server s1140.ams9.mysecurecloudhost.com to the newly created s1369.fra7.mysecurecloudhost.com.

If you do not use our nameservers, or need to whitelist the server IP, please use: 172.104.228.59.
