Setting up an Email Forwarder

Can I setup a forwarder to another mailbox of my choice ?

Yes, you can and you can do that, if you login into your personal cPanel account, scroll down to the "Email" Tab and click on the "Forwarders" tool. This will open up the page, which is responsible for setting up a forwarders or managing existing ones.

Now, for setting up successfully an email forwarder, you need to click on the "Add Forwarder" button and :

  1. The first box on the top "Address to Forward: " is asking for your email account, that exists in your cPanel account, for example [email protected] and all you need to do, is to type in the name of the email address, in this case : test

  2. The next box " Forward to Email Address: " is responsible for the email account, to which the emails need forwarding, so in it, you would have to input the email address, that the emails need to forward to.

There are also other custom options, that you can use, such as piping an email address to a program or a script, which is available, if you click on the "Advanced Options".
